Joint sealing
We provide specialist installation and maintenance using Fosroc Thioflex 555, the industry-standard, cold-applied polysulfide sealant built for the toughest environments. Concrete core drilling

Concrete chasing
Concrete chasing (or wall chasing) cuts clean, neat channels into concrete, brick, or blockwork to bury utility services out of sight. We use specialized twin-blade diamond saws and dust-extraction systems to deliver fast, flush finishes for any refurbishment or new build.
Diamond road and floor sawing
Diamond road sawing (or floor sawing) uses heavy-duty, walk-behind machines to cut straight, deep lines into asphalt and concrete pavements. We deliver high-speed, precise cutting for infrastructure, utility installations, and major road repairs
Diamond wall/track sawing
Diamond wall track sawing uses a track-mounted diamond blade to make precise, straight cuts through heavily reinforced concrete, brick, and stone walls. This remote-controlled system allows for dust-free, vibrationless cutting at any angle—even upside down.
Floor scabbling
Floor scabbling (or scarifying) uses heavy-duty, multi-tipped flail machines to mechanically chip away the top surface of concrete. This process removes stubborn coatings, corrects surface levels, and creates a rough, high-bond profile for new screeds or overlays
